NOTE: Except for items 1 through 4, all components in the assembly have historically been treated for corrosion resistance as follows: either zinc electroplated per ASTM B633 - type II, III, or IV-thickness class SC4, or hot dip zinc per ASTM A123/A123M - thickness grade 45, then conversion coated per ASTM D6386, method 5.4.2, with a coating weight of 500-1100 mg/ft2, plus thick film trivalent chromium sealer.
